Yes, we deliver across Scotland. Large items such as beds, headboards and sofas are delivered to Scotland for a flat fee of £59, shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes, we deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £100 per order and generally covers customs fees and charges.

Yes. Standard delivery can include delivery to a room of your choice, as long as you let us know before your delivery.
Just send us a message with your order number to request it, and we'll inform the delivery driver ahead of time.
If it isn't requested in advance, room of choice delivery is solely at the driver's discretion.

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days depending on your location and the product selected.

Due to the size and weight of many furniture items, room of choice delivery requires additional time and handling.
Letting us know before your delivery means we can brief the delivery driver ahead of time. Without a request, room of choice delivery is solely at the driver's discretion.

If room of choice delivery hasn't been requested in advance, items will be delivered to your front door or ground floor. Drivers may move items further at their discretion, but this can't be guaranteed.

Yes. We offer free standard delivery on selected items such as beds, headboards and sofas across mainland England and Wales.
Other items are charged based on their size:
- Standard UK delivery
Small items: £9.99
Medium items: £24.99
Large items: £74.99 - Non-standard UK delivery
Small items: £19.99
Medium items: £54.99
Large items: £104.99
Free delivery does not extend to Scotland or Ireland. Large items to Scotland are a flat £59, and delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland is a flat £100 per order.
Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. However, as many items are made to order, cancellations after 24 hours and when production begins may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of order value depending on how far into production your product is.
