By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All products are described as accurately as possible. However:

• Images are for illustration purposes only
• Colours and finishes may vary from screen to screen
• Measurements are approximate

Natural materials and handmade items may include minor variations which are characteristic of the product.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices are displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Many of our products are made to order or customised to your specification.

• These items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• They are non-returnable unless faulty or misdescribed

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to variation. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Full delivery terms are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Ensure items fit through all access points before ordering
• Ensure safe access to the property on the day of delivery
• Be present or arrange a representative to be present at delivery

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon receipt of full payment. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are entitled to statutory remedies where goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Made-to-order and customised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics disruption, supplier delays, or natural events.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
