Product information
Description
Turning a box room into a guest room, or giving an older child a bigger bed? This white small double bed frame does both. The 4ft size gives noticeably more space than a single, and the bright white finish keeps a smaller room feeling light and airy.
Its simple, uncluttered lines let your bedding and accessories do the talking, so it is as happy in a child's room filled with colour as it is in a calm, neutral spare room. The surface is easy to wipe clean, which helps with everyday marks.

Questions people ask about this product
What is the difference between a small double and a double?
A small double is 4ft (120cm) wide and a standard double is 4ft 6in (135cm). Both are 190cm long. A small double saves floor space in smaller rooms.
Will a standard double mattress fit?
No. This frame is made for a small double mattress, 120 x 190cm. A 135cm double mattress is too wide.
Does it suit a box room?
Often, yes. The frame is 126.7cm wide and 196cm long. Measure the room and allow space to get in and out of bed.
Is the white finish easy to look after?
Yes. It has an easy-clean surface that wipes down with a soft, damp cloth.
Is there a grey version?
Yes. The same small double bed frame is available in grey for £249.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a couple of questions before ordering and the team replied quickly and were really helpful. The bed arrived within the estimated delivery time and the finish is excellent. Comfortable, well made and looks far more expensive than it was. Highly recommend British Furniture Shop.

We ordered a king size bed from British Furniture Shop after comparing a few different companies, and we’re so glad we did. The whole process was easy, the delivery updates kept us informed, and the bed itself is excellent quality.
