Questions people ask about this product

What is a Burgundy glass and why is the bowl so large?

A Burgundy glass features an extra-wide, balloon-shaped bowl designed to allow Pinot Noir and other delicate Burgundy-style red wines to aerate and release their full aromatic complexity before you taste them.

Are two glasses sufficient or should I buy multiples?

A set of two is ideal for a couple or for paired wine tasting. If you regularly dine with larger groups, consider purchasing additional sets for a fully matched experience.

Are these crystal Burgundy glasses dishwasher safe?

Crystal glassware is best hand washed in warm soapy water to maintain its brilliance and preserve the fine crystal clarity. Dishwashers can cause clouding or etching over time.

Can these be used for other full-bodied red wines beyond Burgundy?

Yes, the wide bowl design works beautifully for any aromatic, full-bodied red wine such as Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo, Merlot, and other varieties that benefit from aeration and a wide surface area.

Do these make a good gift for a wine enthusiast?

Yes, a pair of crystal Burgundy glasses is a sophisticated and thoughtful gift for any wine lover, particularly those who enjoy premium red wines and appreciate quality crystal glassware.
