If you require delivery to a specific room, this is available exclusively when selecting one of our assembly services at checkout.

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days depending on your location and the product selected.

• Delivery to your front door or ground floor (if you would like delivery to a room of choice, just ask the delivery driver on delivery as we're a friendly team!)
• No assembly or installation
• Items delivered packaged and ready for self-assembly

Our assembly delivery includes:

• Delivery to your room of choice
• Full assembly of your furniture
• Placement in your desired location

Due to the size and weight of many furniture items, room of choice delivery requires additional time, handling, and specialist logistics.

To ensure safety, efficiency, and a consistent service, this is only offered as part of our assembly package.

If standard delivery has been selected, items will be delivered to your front door.

Our delivery team will not move items beyond this point. If you require assistance, we recommend selecting assembly delivery at checkout.

We do not offer free delivery as standard.

Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the item:

• Standard UK delivery
  Small items: £9.99
  Medium items: £24.99
  Large items: £74.99
  
• Non-standard UK delivery
  Small items: £19.99
  Medium items: £54.99
  Large items: £104.99

These charges reflect the size, handling requirements, and logistics involved in delivering furniture safely and efficiently.

Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that when purchasing multiple products in various sizes (small, medium large etc), total calculated delivery fee will be the delivery cost of the large item.

For example, you may purchase a small item and a large item; delivering to a standard UK address. Delivery of large item, standard UK delivery = £74.99. £74.99 is therefore the total delivery fee and delivery fee of all small items ordered is waived.

Standard items may be returned in line with our returns policy. Made-to-order and customised products are non-returnable unless faulty.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. However, as many items are made to order, cancellations after 24 hours and when production begins may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of order value depending on how far into production your product is.

Yes. We offer free fabric samples on selected ranges so you can see and feel the material before placing an order.

We photograph our products accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and natural material differences. Our goal is always to deliver exactly what you see online.
